Filter Window

The window piece is a flat plate with two parallel or wedge-shaped faces, which is usually used as a protective window for electronic sensors or external environment detectors. The window slice does not change the magnification of the system. The base materials include sapphire, optical glass, K9, ultraviolet fused quartz, infrared fused quartz, and crystal materials such as calcium fluoride (CaF2), magnesium fluoride (MgF2), zinc selenide (ZnSe), germanium (Ge), silicon (Si). According to the use environment, various optical coatings such as antireflective film, high reflection film, spectroscopic film, and metal film are sometimes required to adapt to different spectral band transmission requirements.
